Aim2achieve for Social and Community participation offers fantastic options for people to live fulfilled and independent lives with high quality support. We have employed some excellent people who can provide high quality support to kids and adults with disabilities/special needs.
We ensure all our employees have the right understanding and approach, displays maturity, and respect our clients. We can assist children and adults to take small steps and participate in their local community, build confidence and make friends. Contact our Community Engagement Advisor to arrange a conversation to discuss your individual circumstances and support plan.
Support coordination helps participants connect to NDIS and other supports, broker supports and services in line with a participant’s wishes and their plan budget, monitor plan budgets and support effectiveness, build capacity and capability to understand their plan, navigate the NDIS and make their own decisions.
Support coordinators will help participants with different things depending on participant’s goals, needs and circumstances and what is funded in the participant’s plan.
At SafeNest, we have hands on experience and background in mainstream agencies such as- NDIS, Major Hospitals, and Aged care, this means we can connect you to your essential supports and support you to understand your entitlements and rights when it comes to accessing these mainstream agencies.
