Live Life Your Way with Aim2Achieve
At Aim2Achieve, we believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive and empowering place to call home. Our NDIS accommodation services are designed to help participants build independence, develop confidence and live life on their own terms.
Whether you are exploring Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO) or other NDIS accommodation pathways, our team can help you understand your choices and identify support that suits your goals, preferences and lifestyle.
Supported Independent Living — SIL
Supported Independent Living provides assistance with everyday tasks and living skills for people who require ongoing support at home.
Our SIL support may assist with:
* Personal care and daily routines
* Meal preparation and household tasks
* Medication prompts and health routines
* Building independence and life skills
* Community participation
* Developing confidence and decision-making skills
* Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
We work with each participant to create support that is respectful, flexible and focused on their individual goals.
Our aim is not just to provide support at home — it is to help you build a life you enjoy.
Individualised Living Options — ILO
Individualised Living Options are designed around the participant’s preferred way of living. ILO supports can help you explore different living arrangements and create a flexible support model that reflects your needs, relationships, routines and goals.
ILO may include:
* Living independently with tailored support
* Sharing a home with housemates
* Living with a host or support person
* Receiving support from family, friends or a chosen network
* Building natural supports within the community
* Developing a personalised plan for long-term living
With ILO, you have greater choice and control over how, where and with whom you live.
Your home should reflect your life, your choices and your future
A2A acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their deep connections to land, sea, and community.
